Winchester.

Winchester sits just east of the Strip and holds some of the valley's older housing stock, much of it built when kitchens were closed rooms and bathrooms were sized to the minimum. Most of what homeowners want here involves taking a wall out, which makes it a framing and permitting question before it is a finishes question.

We handle the structural side and the finish side together, so an opened floor plan gets closed back up properly rather than left with a header boxed in as an afterthought.
