Where We Work.
Free Enterprises covers thirteen communities across the Las Vegas valley, from Summerlin South and Spring Valley through Henderson, North Las Vegas and out to Mount Charleston. Every one of them is a place we work, not a radius drawn on a map.

Las Vegas, NV
Las Vegas covers roughly seventy years of housing at once. A remodel in the older core is a different job from one in a build from the last decade, and the difference shows up the moment a wall opens: plumbing runs, panel capacity and framing that was standard in its own era and is not standard now.

Winchester sits just east of the Strip and holds some of the valley's older housing stock, much of it built when kitchens were closed rooms and bathrooms were sized to the minimum. Most of what homeowners want here involves taking a wall out, which makes it a framing and permitting question before it is a finishes question.
See details →Spring Valley, NV
Spring Valley is one of the largest townships in the valley and its housing runs from established streets to newer tract builds. The common thread is volume: a lot of homes built to the same plan, which means the remodel that makes a house stand out is worth doing well.

Summerlin South is master planned, which means the exterior work has a review process attached and the interior work carries a higher finish expectation. Both are worth knowing before a project starts rather than halfway through.
